Poor service. Workers do the bare minimum. The girl at the register didn't even make eye contact and when my order came out she didn't even call my number, just let it sit there until i came up myself.
Typical McDonald's, restrooms were dirty and needed attention. We stood in line to order while the lead trained a new emp, teaching them that they must be first and not the customer. Very poor! Food was good but it better be!
I have stopped there few times but honestly if I stop again I will get a drink but not food. I have always gotten the taste of old oil in the fries. I would think it's a policy to reuse oil but the ones in Santa Fe have a great taste, besides crispy.
Of all McDonald's, I believe Socorro has one of the worst. The place is generally slow, even when there are few customers. Also, not one employee knows how to properly use the POS system, so if you have a special request, chances are you will not get what you asked for.
One single restroom which if you look at it side to side you could fit 2 more toilets.
This location recently upgraded the drive thru to two lanes and hired a bunch of new people. Service has been awful since then. I just waited for 15 minutes to get my food. They directed me to a parking spot and asked me to wait. Once I hit the 15 minute mark, I went inside. Food still wasn't ready. I waited, was handed the bag without even an "I'm sorry for the long wait". Once I got the food home, the fries in the happy meal were missing. Last time the diet Coke was regular Coke. Before that the two green chile cheeseburgers were one double cheeseburger. Hopefully they will get their act together, or at least learn to apologise for their mistakes, but I'm going to give it a year or two before I venture back there.
