RUDE!! Called the place up for a towing quote and a woman picked up the phone, "Hello?". I ask for Hicks Towing and she says "OK". I then had to confirm with her that it was indeed the correct number and when I asked for my quote she responds "A lot". Obviously she wasn't interested working today, hence my reasoning for not giving them "a lot" of money.
very rude, and after a bad rollover accident, completely unhelpful and basically didnt care about whether or not i retrieved valuables from my car.
Best Towing Experience I have ever had I don't know what the other peoples problem was. p.s. you ARE REQUIRED By STATE LAW to have a title to retrieve items from a towed car.
