Terrible place terrible people. They never answer the phone EVER! They are little to no help at all and plan on making more then 1 trip being as they never give you a complete list of things you need to bring with you. They will tell you to bring some things then when you bring those things in they tell you that you also need other things. On top of that it takes sometimes hours before you even speak to anybody. Worthless DMV
Went in this morning to replace my license. The girl who waited on me was no help and very rude. These girls need to be trained on being more helpful!
Went 5 times in one day. They close at 4pm but stop taking numbers anywhere they feel like it after 3pm.Once the Manager helped everything was fine except she took a horrible drivers license picture. They have 3 stations but only 1 or 2 clerks are consistently at their desk. The wait time is ridiculous.
Have used this office a few times now and the staff has always been friendly and efficient. It may be a small office but Socorro is a small town and it seems to be sufficient.
Called to ask some simple questions regarding registering a ride. Got put on hold for 25 mins and no answer. Called again and got put on hold again. All that was needed was a few questions answered and I would have been out of everyone's hair but they can't even pick up the phone. Smh
