With out doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I set up an account for tv and internet. Never once received a bill, a email, a reminder or anything at all! Then, my services get terminated (was supposedly on auto pay) I spent 3 hours on the phone spoke to 18 different people and even got placed on hold for 1 1/2 hours then hung up on....... they will not assume any kind of accountability for their error. The bill was going to a p.o. box. I have never owned a p.o. box. Now they will send me to collections for a 600 dollar bill... like I said. They never even tried to call or email or text to let you k ow you're past due...... BUYER BEWARE! Oh and the speed is about 15mb... they even lied about that !
