Basic good RV park. Clean, quiet, nice restroom and shower.
Very polite staff. Was greeted by a cute little yorkie! Grounds feel safe and the bathroom was very clean. 10/10 would stay again
We spent a month & a half here. If you are looking for a long term stay, you probably can't beat the rate. FHU plus you pay electric at 15 cents per kilowatt. Cable was great & the wifi is good. We have a booster for the wifi. The only drawback is 1 shower, 1 toilet & no laundry. But the owner is great & family oriented. It is surrounded by a bunch of local attractions. The Box canyon, Bosque Apache Natl Wildlife Refuge, San Lorenzo canyon, VLA, Kelly Ghost town & the list goes on. You can't go wrong here!

Wasn't expecting anything great in the middle of the desert. But this is a NICE place. Mulberry trees around with picnic tables. Very clean with a NICE large newer restroom with mirrors and plugs for dryer, etc. and roomy shower with fold up handicap bench. Even though there were a LOT of RV's we had the restroom to ourselves as everybody else had their own. Plugins for RVs and even a dump station. Price super reasonable. The wall around keeps out noise. Would come again - Fantastic golf course at NM tech right here in town and Very Large Array less than an hour away.
