The staff was extremely helpful and insightful in helping us enjoy our trip and getting to know the surrounds. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
The staff here was very nice. I stayed five days and met a few of them. As far as the hotel goes, it was clean and comfortable. As far as choices in Socorro, this might be the best one which, is why I rated it 4 stars. The reason I say that is from the reviews others told me about staying at other hotels in the area.
Overall our accommodations were most comfortable. Obviously this is a very well managed hotel, as I have come to expect from Holiday Inns as a Spire member averaging over 175 nightly stays per year
As always this chain is a pleasure. The room is well kept if showing a bit of age (stain on carpet and chip in tub). The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is satisfying with a nice variety. The pool is clean and well maintained and the water pressure in the shower is fantastic.

Upon arrival we were welcomed by a very personable front desk attendant. We found our suite to be immaculate as was the rest of the common areas of the hotel. The parking lot was very well lighted and there was easy access to the highway.
